"Mother & daughter"

A project that started on a March 8th by literally forcing my mother to take a picture of us together. She was in a hurry and nervous and I finished the session sooner than I wanted. But when I showed her the finished photo, she was very impressed. That was the moment the project was born.
Seeing how the facial features melt together, the deep emotional connection. The love, but also the truth in the relationship. I imagine diverse stories, ages, nationalities.
The connection we have as women is something sacred and transformative to see from the side.
